Bread tasting on the Middle Floor

Year 3 and 4 have been learning all about bread and how yeast works.  Last week they tasted a variety of five different types of breads - ciabatta, pitta, malted, brown, and sourdough - and compared the tastes, texture, as well as choosing their favourites
